8. What should the background look like when recording the video?

Keep in mind that the background will be seen by the recruiter. So, try to set
up a professional background such as a blank wall or a very clean and crisp
room setting. You might want to try out different light settings and test what
looks the best. Use lamps, blinds or curtains to do so.
